Forgot to include instructions for Foundation.You dont have Look and Feel  > Site Themes ?Did you try going to Site Settings > Galleries > ThemesYou should be able add the item in either place.

You'll have problems in foundation seting the css as like you say there isn't an option to in Foundation.the only way round it is to edit the v4.master in sharepoint designer and add the link in there...

I also do not see the Theme in the list of themes on the Site Settings > Site Theme page (under Look and Feel). Is there a fix that needs to be applied in order to see the theme there? Thanks! Jill

I just found that if I open and resave the theme file and then follow the installation instructions it worked. Not sure if the file in the download could be corrupted, but this solved the problem. fyi.
